Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

SE7EN BI is an internal business-intelligence tool operated by SE7EN Game Studio for its staff and partners. This policy explains what data SE7EN BI receives when you sign in with Google, what it receives through YouTube API Services when a company YouTube channel is connected, and how that data is used.

Data we receive from Google

  • Your name, email address and profile picture (scopes openid, email, profile).

We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data when you sign in.

How we use it

  • To identify you and match you to the account an administrator created for you.
  • To show your name and picture inside the app and record who performed an action (audit log).

We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising.

YouTube API Services

SE7EN BI uses YouTube API Services. Its YouTube Upload feature lets authorised staff upload the studio's own video ad creatives, as Unlisted videos, to YouTube channels owned by SE7EN Game Studio so they can be used in the studio's Google Ads campaigns. By using this feature you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When the owner of a company channel connects it, SE7EN BI accesses:

  • Permission to upload videos to that channel (scope youtube.upload).
  • Read-only channel and video information (scope youtube.readonly): the channel ID and name, and the status of videos uploaded through SE7EN BI — privacy status, region restrictions and copyright claims.
  • Optionally, read-only access to the channel's Gmail inbox (scope gmail.readonly), used only to read notification emails sent by YouTube about copyright claims on those videos.
  • Public channel information (name, handle, picture, subscriber and video counts) looked up by channel handle.

This data is used only to upload videos, show upload progress and history, and alert staff when a video is blocked or claimed. Access tokens are stored encrypted on SE7EN Game Studio servers and are never shown to staff. We store the IDs, titles and status of uploaded videos and the channel information above; we do not download or store other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics, and we do not sell or share YouTube data with third parties or use it for advertising. SE7EN BI does not place advertising cookies; it uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in.

Storage and retention

Account data is stored on SE7EN Game Studio servers for as long as your account is active. An administrator can remove your account at any time, which deletes your profile data; audit-log entries may be kept for internal record-keeping. When a YouTube channel is disconnected, or its owner asks, its access tokens and the stored channel and video data are deleted within 30 days.

Your choices

You can revoke SE7EN BI's access, including access to a YouTube channel, at any time from the Google security settings page (Security → Third-party apps with account access). To have your data deleted, contact the SE7EN BI administrator at your organisation or email hanv@se7engamestudio.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy

SE7EN BI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
